The Museum Rietberg is situated within the Park Rieter, a location of incomparable beauty. The museum was founded in 1952, and exhibits art from Asia, Africa, America, and Oceania, as well as temporary shows. The park and historic villas can be rented for cocktail receptions or banquets for up to 145 guests. Thus a guided tour of the museum can easily be combined with a subsequent meal in one of the rooms.
