Those who love BBQ, burgers, and schnitzel Viennese-style, should visit the Trinity Restaurant at the Hotel Glärnischhof by Trinity.
The Trinity restaurant celebrates the “holy trinity” of barbecue. However, this does not mean spareribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket as in the USA, but has been reinterpreted for Zurich: here, the supreme disciplines are the original Wiener schnitzel, the Swiss cordon bleu Valais-style and – as an absolute all-rounder – the burger in a variety of creations.
Of course, all these grill specialties are also available as vegetarian or vegan variants.
