Café Sprössling

Located directly on Schaffhauserplatz, the Café Sprössling is the place to go for everyone who follows a vegan diet. But also for all those who would like to try the purely plant-based diet at least once.  And guests quickly find out how surprisingly appetizing vegan doughnuts can be and that a coffee also tastes absolutely delicious with an alternative to cow’s milk. Breakfasts are also served here from Monday to Saturday. However, many of the vegan specialties are also suitable for taking home or enjoying in the nearest park or by the river.

The mouthwatering sweet and savory dishes are prepared using produce from the nearby region and are – wherever possible – homemade.
