The5 ‒ a culinary and audiovisual Tour de Suisse ‒ invites you to a spectacular dinner experience right in the heart of Zurich.
In a specially designed 360° event dome, five star chefs whisk guests away to the Swiss region they come from. While video projections fill the dome with images, typical sounds and above all Switzerland’s four official languages can be heard. Meanwhile, the top chefs are conjuring the accompanying regional specialties onto guests’ plates. Thus the regions of Valais, Ticino, Graubünden, Zurich and Vaud are brought together in a spectacular manner.
This year, guests can look forward to the following menu during this journey through Switzerland:
1st course - Ticino by Marco Campanella
2nd course - Zurich by Meta Hiltebrand
3rd course - Vaud by Edgard Bovier
4th course - Valais by Vrony Cotting-Julen
5th course - Graubünden by Dario Cadonau
