“Back to the Middle Ages” Old Town Walking Tour, Stein am Rhein

The small town of Stein am Rhein enchants visitors with its medieval charm and picturesque location: in the place where the Rhine flows out of Lake Constance, the history-steeped houses are rowed up in a line.  

On this guided walk through the Old Town, street vendor Amalia Ida Graf takes her guests on a journey through time from the Middle Ages through to the present day. While she leads the group through the narrow, winding streets of the Old Town, the knowledgeable tradeswoman recounts entertaining anecdotes and reveals fascinating secrets about things that have happened in the town.
