Under their guidance, BBQ apprentices prepare a multi-course menu ‒ from hors d´oeuvres and smoked soups to high-quality meats with side dishes, right through to grilled desserts.

The BBQ menus can be individually tailored to the group´s wishes and requirements, including vegetarian.
