Zurich Airport wins its twelfth consecutive award as best European airport

Zurich Airport topped the leaderboard in the "Best European airport" category of the 2015 World Travel Awards. Overall satisfaction with the standard of service offered (from transport connections, check-in security checks, shopping and dining through to ambience, friendliness, signage and other services, such as Wi-Fi) was rated in the survey. These were the nominees apart from Zurich Airport: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Hamburg, London/Heathrow, Lisboa, Munich, Prishtina and Paris/Charles de Gaulle.
