Zurich’s oldest club is legendary – Josephine Baker and Louis Armstrong performed here, the “Corso” lettering was created by none other than Max Bill, and illustrious names are not uncommon in recent history either.
The former “Palais Mascotte”, situated between Bellevue and Stadelhofen Train Station, is easy to get to and nowadays is characterized by its varied program, which ranges from hip-hop to funk, punk, rock, metal, and folk, to live concerts by well-known international artists, as well as comedy and readings.
What was often referred to as Udo Jürgen’s “living room” – the German singer used to live above the club – is still today one of the main haunts for night owls and partygoers.
Due to the constantly changing Covid 19 measures, it is currently impossible to keep all opening hours on the zuerich.com website up to date. Therefore, please check the website of the respective businesses or institutions before visiting a restaurant, shopping or museum.
